I take on at most two projects at a time.
About
I'm Joel Mwaka, an automation and machine-learning engineer in Stuttgart. After a bachelor's in automation technology in Mannheim and a master's in autonomous systems at the University of Stuttgart, I spent seven years building systems that have to run reliably in manufacturing and rail: computer vision for automated production, research on autonomous systems, and tools that help teams work faster.
Kabaata is my consultancy. I founded it because I saw in large companies how much time automation saves, and because most SMEs have no access to engineers who can do both: understand the operation and build the software.
I work alone, on purpose. You always talk to the person who builds your system. For projects that need more hands, I work with vetted partners.
